From time to time we may send out new product samples with orders but this cannot be guaranteed.

Our smallest size is 3g which is a great size if your wanting to sample a product.

I HAVE ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WHAT NOW?

If your address is incorrect, and delivered to a different address:

we are not liable or obligated to replace the order.

If the address is incorrect and returned to the warehouse:

there will be an $8 repacking fee and $16 reposting fee. your order will not be resent until the original order has been received the fee’s have been paid.

I have placed an order, when will it be sent?

Orders placed before 4pm AEST will be dispatched the next day.

Orders placed after 4pm AEST will be processed the next business day and dispatched the following business day.

Our operating times are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

We DO NOT process orders on weekends OR public holidays.
