These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and no therapeutic claims are made.

Damiana is not evaluated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and is not listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG). Therefore, these products are not approved for therapeutic use in Australia.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that the product is being used for general wellness, aromatherapy, or recreational herbal tea purposes, and not as a therapeutic treatment.

Please consult a healthcare professional before using any herbal product, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medications.

What is Damiana (Turnera diffusa):

Turnera diffusa, known as damiana, is a shrub native to southern Texas in the United States, Central America, Mexico, South America, and the Caribbean. It belongs to the family Passifloraceae. Damiana is a relatively small, woody shrub that produces small, aromatic flowers. It blossoms in early to late summer and is followed by fruits that taste similar to figs. The shrub is said to have a strong spice-like odor somewhat like chamomile, due to the aromatic compounds present in the plant.

Turnera diffusa (Damiana) is an herbal supplement reported to improve sexual libido, treat headaches, it is a natural anti-depressant, eases constipation, and has amazing restorative properties

Consult your doctor prior to taking this supplement if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have any underlying health conditions..

Unfortunately we do not offer free product samples on request.

From time to time we may send out new product samples with orders but this cannot be guaranteed.

Our smallest size is 3g which is a great size if your wanting to sample a product.

OMG staff reserve the right to refuse service to customers who are abusive, irrational, or continually harass or heckle staff via, (but not limited to) email, sms, phone call etc.

If a staff member feels threatened or unfairly mistreated:

  • Your order will not be dispatched
  • Your (undispatched order) payment will be refunded
  • Future order attempts will be declined.

The estimated delivery time for EXPRESS POST is:

  • To NSW: 1-2+ business days
  • To VIC: 2-3 business days
  • To QLD: 2-3+ business days
  • To SA: 2-3+ business days
  • To WA: 3-5+ business days
  • To NT: 3-5+ business days
  • To TAS: 2-3+ business days
  • To ACT: 1-2+ business days

Tracking has not updated

If you have your tracking number but it has not updated please rest assured your parcel is still moving towards the delivery address, even if no scans have appeared recently.

You’ll see updates as your parcel moves through key checkpoints in the delivery journey on our tracking tool or the AusPost app.

Delayed parcels

If your parcel doesn’t arrive on the expected delivery date, it doesn’t mean your parcel won’t arrive or that it’s gone missing. Most delayed parcels arrive within 5 days of the expected delivery date.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived and it’s been 10 business days since the expected delivery date, please contact us and we will raise an enquiry with AUST POST on your behalf.

Australia Post provide an ‘expected delivery date’ for many of the items they deliver.

To make sure the date they give you is as accurate as possible, they need to know a few details about the item, including:

  • where it’s going to and from
  • the service being used to deliver it

Why Australia Post can not provide a delivery estimate

For some items – although the address is on the parcel – our tracking system doesn’t have the information it needs to calculate an expected delivery date.

This might be because:

  • the item has been posted in a street posting box
  • some of the details we need haven’t been included in the information.

How to check your ‘expected delivery date’

If your item fits one of the scenarios where Australia Post can’t automatically generate an expected delivery date, they can still provide an estimate. You’re able to do this by entering your postcode on there tracking tool.

  • If your address is incorrect, and delivered to a different address:

we are not liable or obligated to replace the order.

  • If the address is incorrect and returned to the warehouse (RTS):

there will be an $8 repacking fee and $16 reposting fee. your order will not be resent until the original order has been received the fee’s have been paid.

RETURNS POLICY

Upon Receipt of your order, if you find that you have ordered the wrong product from our website; Then you may return the item(s) to us unused, in its original packaging and in a re-saleable state within 3 days of delivery for a replacement.

PLEASE NOTE: the cost postage fee’s of both the return and new postage will be at the cost of the customer.

Prior to shipping any product back to us for the purposes of return you must receive written advice from us.
Please ensure that you only return products to us that you have purchased from us and also be aware that every product supplied by us is able to be identified by unique identifiers used by us prior to shipping our products to you.
We will not warrant any part that was purchased anywhere else other than OMG and only by the original purchaser of the product itself.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made securely through the OMG Herbal Tea website using Shopify Global Gateway Service that accepts all major cards.

Please note. This is the only accepted method of payment

Making payments through Shopify is safe. The payment processor has the PCI Service Provider Level 1 certification⁴. This is the highest level of certification you can get in the payments industry.

Shopify emphasizes security, and this is obvious with the platform’s use of top security tools.

The appropriate tax will be calculated as per your shipping address location.
